We do not hold large numbers of each item and our in stock catalogue range is regularly updated, so lay-by is a great option to secure the garden and outdoor furniture and accessories, antique reproduction and cast iron fencing you want for your dream home and garden.

LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please read carefully and agree to the layby terms and conditions
• Purchases under $200 will incur 10% surcharge (administration fee)
• Payment period cannot exceed 6 weeks from date of invoice (42 days net)
• 20% deposit required on lay-by or more if required by OLD HOME & GARDEN staff
• Lay-by will be returned to stock if payment is not completed by the finalisation date and any company costs may be charged and retained by OLD HOME & GARDEN
• Lay-by cannot be separated to provide part of contents or opened to supply individual items

• Cannot pick up earlier; must allow 3 days notice for pick up / delivery
• Please advise us of any changes of address
• Goods and deposits may be forfeited without notification if conditions of LAY-BY are not fulfilled
